ANNUAL INSPECTIONS
The annual inspection will examine the refrigeration and air conditioning systems and their controls. It will also examine any documentation that helps to understand the system or indicates the extent to which the system has been maintained.
The following steps will be documented during inspection:
- PREPARE INSPECTION REPORTS BASED ON CURRENT CONDITION.
- EQUIPMENT TAGGING AFTER INSPECTION.
- KEEP THE RECORD IN SCEIFR DATA BASE AND SHARE CLIENT FOR REFERENCE.
CLEANING
- General Hydro cleaning services of all types of air conditioners.
- The split unit, window AC, central air conditioner.
- Evaporator/condenser cleaning with special chemical cleaning agent.
- Proper cover sensitive parts control and store all waste generated during cleaning.
- Special chemical agent: TC 2000 is an excellent environmentally safe product that makes thick sustaining foam, which cleans the oil-laden dirt particles bonded on the fins.
